We recommend booking 2–3 days ahead for standard services. For paint correction and ceramic coating, 5–7 days is preferred as these are longer appointments. That said, reach out — we often have same-week availability.
No. As long as we have access to the vehicle and a safe place to work, you don't need to be present. We'll send you a confirmation when we're done and you can inspect the finish before we pack up.
A water source and power outlet make things easiest, but we carry our own supply and equipment for situations where that isn't available. Just a level spot to work around the vehicle is the minimum requirement.

Silver is a thorough refresh for well-maintained vehicles. Gold goes deeper — steam cleaning, decontamination, and protective coatings. Platinum is our most comprehensive tier, including hot water extraction, ozone odor treatment, and premium ceramic sealant. When in doubt, we assess on arrival and recommend accordingly.
Our primary service area covers roughly 30 miles from Alpharetta. If you're outside that radius, reach out — we handle requests on a case-by-case basis and may be able to accommodate you depending on the service and schedule.
